Christmas Sale

The family whose property I live on were very busy this weekend. Every Thursday evening they fill their truck with merchandise, and set-up very early Friday morning at Llano Juarez Parque. But, the government has decided that the trees in the park were being damaged and shut down the Friday mercado, assigning the family another location where they are not selling as much.

Where they were, was a very nice mercado. Where they are now is very dumpy. They had no choice. The government controls who goes where.

They've also held their fourth annual Christmas sale weekend where they set-up inside the yard, and invite family, neighbours, friends and regular customers.

Things did not go very well yesterday. The Christmas Sale was held between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and continues today with the same hours. It's 8:27 and I still hear noise, this is good.

I hope they do well. They work so very hard.
