Yesterday was a depressing day. I advertised, and no one came. No one came to see the house I've worked so hard to prepare for market. No one except the friend of a neighbour who said she thought I was selling my home for too little. She left, she came back with her cousin, and they looked around. I don't know what they were saying because he only speaks Ukrainian. Something about a garage, finishing the basement or putting the second bedroom back on the main floor.
I don't think he'll buy the house, just a guess.
No traffic, well Sundays are suppose to be the better day for traffic anyway; I think with hopefully optimism.
